Court Alternative Programs of Tampa Bay, Inc. (CAPS) provides a number a programs designed to help our clients overcome driver’s license suspension and reinstatement issues including:

CAPS - a licensing program which allows you to have a valid driver's license while you are making affordable payments on your court costs and fines. You must have a pending court date.

TAP - Traffic Assistance Program works to solve complex problems in other counties and states, negotiates payment plans on judgments due to accidents, and any other issues which may affect a driver's license.

SUPA - If you have unpaid tickets or court costs and no court date, you can make affordable payments while you have a valid driver's license.

TIP - Traffic Intervention Program places you in an intervention program before court even begins allowing the charge to be dropped upon completion of 4 to 6 classes.
